About This Practice
Hi, I'm Luke Galbraith, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I've been practicing as a therapist since 2023 and bring over 14 years of experience supporting individuals through mental health challenges, disabilities, employment, and major life transitions in previous roles. I believe growth happens much like it does in nature, not all at once, but through resilience, steady progress, and the right environment. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore challenges, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change.
Outside of counselling, I'm passionate about nature, tabletop roleplaying games, and strategy games. I've always been fascinated by how people grow through challenge, connection, and perseverance, whether that's overcoming obstacles in daily life or working together to solve problems around a gaming table. That perspective shapes my approach to counselling: every person has unique strengths, every challenge presents an opportunity to learn, and lasting growth comes from taking one intentional step at a time. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you develop the skills and confidence to move forward.
